Deep South Announces Expansion Into DeQuincy, La.

DeQuincy, La., September 24, 2014 – Today, Deep South Crane & Rigging, LLC of Baton Rouge, La., announced it is expanding to DeQuincy, La. The new office will serve as a heavy haul operations center and will add 30-50 jobs.
In March of 2014, Deep South purchased property at 100 Airpark Drive that includes an office and warehouse. The company plans to make additional investments in the property including a state-of-the-art welding shop.
"We believe DeQuincy is an ideal location to pull talent from the surrounding areas to work in our fabrication shop and heavy haul operation facility,” said Mitch Landry, President of Deep South Crane & Rigging. "We would like to thank Mayor Lawrence Henagan and Mr. Ray Franks for their assistance in establishing this facility.”
