Deep South Crane & Rigging, LLC is now accepting applications for a Shop Helper to assist with daily housekeeping in the fabrication shop at our Baton Rouge, LA yard.

Our corporate office is in Baton Rouge, LA with other offices located in Sulphur, LA, DeQuincy, LA, Luling, LA, Beaumont, TX, Houston, TX, and Ashland, KY. Interested? APPLY HERE!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean/organize shop and equipment
• Maintain and inventory tool room
• Make daily drinking water for workers
• General housekeeping duties to keep a clean and orderly fabrication shop

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screening
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a helper in a construction/industrial setting, preferred
• Some experience repairing small electric tools or willing to learn
• Ability to prioritize & multi-task, and have attention to detail
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate a high degree of ownership
• Have dependable transportation
