Deep South Crane & Rigging, LLC is accepting resumes to fill a clerk position in the Accounts Receivable department at the Corporate Office in Baton Rouge, LA. Interested? APPLY HERE!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Address and respond to client billing issues (such as billable hours, crane rental invoices, etc.) while maintaining client relations
  
• Provide status updates to the Controller on receivables that are outstanding
• Assist the Accounts Receivable department with daily tasks or special projects
• Work with field management to verify employee attendance, work assignments, and other client billing related issues
• Complete daily reports for management
• Responsible for the full range of accounting functions, processing high volume both efficiently and accurately
• Assist other accounting managers as needed & providing support to the team as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or other closely related degree preferred
• At least 1-2 year experience in Accounts Receivable in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, specifically Excel
• Experience with Track software, preferred not required
• Demonstrate a knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Possesses a high degree of ownership and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
• Must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
