Deep South Crane & Rigging, LLC is now accepting resumes to fill (3) Timekeeper positions. The Timekeeper's position is a vital role of a construction project. The role is to provide clerical and administrative support from the field to the Corporate office. The available locations are Shell Norco and Westlake Petro. A position for Westlake Petro is available immediately, Norco will be based on field schedule.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete daily reports for management
• Reviews all daily time sheets for errors
• Compare all job site time sheets against clock-in/clock-out punches
• Submit balanced time sheets to corporate accounting
• Perform job site new hire and termination processes with paperwork to be sent to the corporate office
• Support the home office with other duties as assigned, providing support to the team as necessary
• Ability to multi-task with daily job site tasks and daily corporate department (Accounting, Payroll, & Human Resources) tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related subject, not required but suggested
• Experience and knowledge will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Must have Track experience or Cost Tracker excel fil import experience
• Must have a valid TWIC card
• Ability to pass pre-employment DISA drug testing and background check
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
