Deep South Crane & Rigging, LLC is accepting resumes to fill a clerk position in the Accounts Payable department at the Corporate Office in Baton Rouge. This position reports directly to the Controller. Interested? APPLY HERE!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepares invoices for payment with all required back-up, reconciles accounts, & maintaining account ledgers with daily updates
• Responsible for reconciling vendor statements to ensure all invoices are received and processed for payment
• Maintain vendor relations with communications regarding invoices and payment statuses
• Work directly with the Account Controller regarding follow ups and daily job tasks
• Responsible for the full range of accounting functions, processing high volume both efficiently and accurately
• Assist in other accounting areas and respective functions, providing support to the team as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or other closely related field preferred but not required
• Required to have some experience in industrial accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Experience working in a construction software, preferably ViewPoint
• Demonstrate a high degree of ownership
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
